Pesta Buku 2007

Sabtu dan ahad aku cuti. Murni pulak balik Ipoh. So that's means, i'm free! Hehe. Ape plan ek? Ingat nak pergi pesta buku antarabangsa la. Amacam, ada berani?

Yik?! Did i? Hehe, well, Kimi just tagged me with the topic of weird things about me. Hurmm, need to dig deeper inside my brain to figure out what the weird things i got. Hurmmm, here goes (can i just write it in Bahasa?) :

1. Aku mempunyai paranoid mengenai finance. Setiap masa asyik duk kira budjet je padahal hari2 aku buat benda yang sama. Tak kaya-kaya gak. Haha.

2. Kedai pertama yang aku akan masuk bila aku jalan2 kat pasaraya sorang2 ialah kedai buku such as MPH/Kino/Times. Janji dapat tengok2 pun dah puas.

3. Aku ada sifat "what i want, i will get it what ever it takes, how long it will takes". Well, as long as it doesn't hurts anyone.

4. I love being at home rather than going outside as long as i got broadband and astro to avoid me from getting bored.

5. Aku cakap banyak, kadang2 susah nak berhenti. Sometime i talk nonsense. Sometime i think people do hate me for the stupid things i've said or done. (Hopefully not). Guys, please forgive me. :|

6. Aku panas baran. Kadang2 panas tak bersebab. Aku juga cepat cool lepas aku baran. Maybe aku pembawa 50-50 gen Abah dan Mak aku. Kadang2 perkara kecil aku marah, kadang2 perkara besar aku tak marah, so it's depend on my mood at that time, weird huh?

7. I want to get slimmer again, remove all fats that i have especially at the stomach but i love eating fast food and cheese so much. (duh! this is not weird, this is stubborn).

8. Ohh ohh! I like to read people blogs and write my own blog. Huu! It's just my rubbish blog.

CBOS&Training

Pagi tadi exam OS, aku balik Seremban semalam lepas kerja. Mak ngan Abah takde, diorang pergi IAB di Genting. So aku sorang kat Seremban. Well, my exam was a disaster! Warghh! Banyak gak hentam kromo apabila menjawab soalan exam tu, duh! Banyak sangat perkara aku tak dapat nak cover. Hopefully lulus la. Isk! Malas nak fikir dah. Semester Mei aku dah apply tangguh semester.

Petang pergi JPJ, now my new ride is officially under my name. Huu. Lepas JPJ, balik KL. Malam attend training provide by Ayoi, i came a lil' bit late and the training was already started. Managed to catch a bit knowledge. I heard that today Kopitiam session got a serious problem, isk, cuak gak la dengar, hopefully time aku nanti tak ada banyak masalah, arghh, kene banyak buat research ni. Duh!

p/s: Bos, jangan la tanya macam2 nanti ek. Hohoho.

The Ride

Finally, i make a move to change my ride. It's a second hand car, well maintained, good condition, big engine and i knew the owner since i was born in this world. Yep, the ride is spacious, much more fuel to fill, much more money to maintain and modified (haha) but less price to pay and less paying to insurance (well, I'll transfer my NCD 55% with just RM10K insured). Yeah, maybe it is not a suitable car for me who work as "pencacai" to use that kind of car but since i can afford to buy and maintain it, who cares!

I have discuss with my fiance about this matter and she agreed with me. Well, this is for a long term planning. Yep, if i want to use 2 car, so i buy this car with a cheaper price, cash, paid for two times installment only, not using any bank loan (loan free), then i can buy another car using a bank loan for my fiance (well, she will be my wife soon :)). So, pay 1 and get 2 car. Hehe.

I love my previous car, Iswara Aeroback 1.3cc, but, like my first car, Kancil 850cc, i must let it go, since i want to upgrade my car. Theres a lot of stories behind that car that i will memorize it until i die. I miss it! Damn it!

Nahhh, at first i don't want to blog about it but, nanti korang tau gak, so, pedulik ape aku, kwang3. I know, people will talk about it.

Broadband!

Yehaa! I got broadband in the house now! Streamyx installer has came to my house today to install (gave actually) the ADSL modem/router cap BILLION? to me. Well, package yang aku ambil ni yang basic je, rm44 for 60 hours + rm5 (modem rental). Aku ambil package ni sebab :

1. I will not on 24/7/30 my modem/pc/laptop because i still need to go to work.

2. I got a high speed leased line at my office, why bother to use home broadband with less bandwidth rather then using already existed high speed leased line if i want to download ISO file for example? :)

3. It's cheaper with a high bandwidth compare to 56k stupid dial up internet connection.

4. No other broadband is available in my area except Streamyx.

p/s: My life has been full fill.

OSSIM

Berjaya download OSSIM version VMware RC3 (current released RC4 14/04/07 - tengah download, best2). Testing. Nampak macam ok, Snort jalan, BASE ok, tapi coleration tak dapat nak test lagi sebab tak buat testing yang boleh mengaitkan Snort alert dan coleration engine dalam OSSIM tu. Very nice tool and it can be replace our current system i think. Selain dari Snort, BASE, ada Nagios, Ntop, RT (kind of) and a lot more useful tools inside the OSSIM. Will check it more after this.

To Wan Azhar, Selamat Pengantin Baru, selamat melangkah ke dunia baru, semoga bahagia ke anak cucu dan murah rezeki, amin. Sorry beb, aku tak dapat datang kenduri di Ipoh, got another things to do. Anyway, tahniah ok! :)

Exam&Training

I'm so tired of taking this final exam, haha. I feel it's not too hard to answer but with a less study, tired is what you get. Two days nonstop, i took an exams for Visual Basic and Math Descrete, quite easy but duhh! You know what i mean, silly mistake! dem!. I took an exam leave from my company. Are exam leave will deduct the annual leave huh? Hope not cause i need a long annual leave on month of June and July this year. Nahh! Just forget it!

I think i want to skip next semester because i got lot of things to do. The date of tutorial is also clash with my long-time-ago planning. Need to consider it twice if i still want to continue study on next semester (May 2007).

I read my office's email, Ayoi will give a training about security, most of the topic are around our jobs scope such as monitoring, analyzing, IDS, defending network and many more. It is a great training i think. I hope i can attend that training cause i still lack of security knowledge but i'm afraid i can't because i still at Seremban and plan to go back to KL tomorrow. The training is this night at 8.30pm. I hope i can attend another session of the training provide by Ayoi again soon.

BMWSauberF1 Park

Hik! A few hours ago i went to BMW Sauber F1 Pitlane Park at car park Jalan Binjai KLCC near to my office. Luckily i bring my DSLR stuff but attached with a wrong lens :(. Nevermind, still got snap some pictures to share. Today's night event are BMW Motors stunts (Chris Pfeiffer - Indoor Streetbike Freestyle World Champion 2007) and a bit Formula BMW car making a doughnut on the small track.

It's raining a bit, but few minutes later it's stop, thank god cause i don't bring a bags to pack my DSLR. I will put the pictures inside my Fotopages sooner! I hope i can come again tomorrow, it will start on 3p.m. Well guys, see you there.

Final&Kopitiam

Huu, my final exam will be start on 10 April. It's a Visual Basic paper. VB is quite easy to use but it's still hard for me to remember the syntax, wahaha. I don't even start studying yet. Duh! The second paper is Math Discrete on 11 April, duh! This is a tough subject! Yeah, i hate maths! haha. Need to revise back all the topics. I hope i will pass this subject. The last paper for my final is Operating System. It's quite easy but need to read and read and read and memorize and memorize and memorize all the facts! duh! Hopefully i pass all the subjects!

Oh yeah, my department will do a Kopitiam session again for this year, 2007. It is important to us by involving in Kopitiam for getting a good KPI marks to get a better paycheck. It's also a knowledge sharing of security among us. I will presenting a topic maybe in the session after my final exam are finish. The topic i will choose is "Analyzing and monitoring network using OSSIM (Open Source Security Information Management)". I will do a testing and whatever it is to give a good presentation, i hope so, huuu!. I also have another topics if this topic is not good or cannot be done, huu!, it will be a Monowall or PfSense or BackTrack2.

I'm lack of ideas, please God help me! Hopefully i can done all this things excellently.
